Manny and his team did a complete tear out of wall-to-wall carpet in our 2-story house and replaced with beautiful LVP flooring. He was knowledgeable, very helpful in choosing the right additional materials we would need (and saved us money), as well as offering design suggestions along the way. The project took a little longer than expected but it all looks wonderful. Manny was far better than anyone I’ve had in terms of communicating every morning and responding via text anytime I had questions. And, at the end our project, there were no $$$ “surprises” on the final invoice vs initial quote which was refreshing after so many past bad contractors. I highly recommend Big Head Flooring if you are looking for a very reasonable price and quality work. ~ CJ

These guys are the best. I spent hours interviewing people to do my floor and was frustrated. Then I found Manny, he wanted exactly what I wanted. Big Head Flooring is soooo profession and did a great job. I wanted my baseboards removed and put back. They did that. Most companies said they would put molding over my baseboards; Big Head Flooring said no problem. I wanted seamless entries; they did that. They did every thing I wanted. Look no further; HIRE these guys. There prices were great. One person quoted me $27,000.00 for flooring. Big Head flooring had a reasonable price $4,000.00. So happy I took the time and waited for them. They referred me to the perfect company to purchase flooring. They figured out a new way to get rid of my ugly fireplace. Gave so many advice. Emmanuel did an amazing job on our floors! We had him come out to fix a portion of vinyl flooring that was originally installed incorrectly by another installer. A bunch of planks were lifting and were warped due to moisture. He took a look at the portion in question and gave us a fair quote for the repair. He found the exact flooring panels that was needed and set up a time to get the project done a few days later. He was efficient and professional and got the whole thing done in just a couple hours. Our floors like perfect now! We would love to work with him again if we need to get the rest of the floor replaced down the line. ~ Melissa G
